By participating in this Australia-wide game of skill competition("Competition"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1.       Eligibility: The Competition is open to residents ofAustralia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of KindredGroup Pty Limited ABN 90 675 389 607 trading as Kindred Nation (“KindredGroup”) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2.       Entry Period: The Entry Period for the Competition begins on 10 July 2024 and ends on 1 September 2024. Entries submitted after the end of the Entry Period will not be considered.

3.       How to Enter: To enter the Competition, participants must:

•    Complete the survey in full; and

• Describe in twenty-five(25) words or less what fun and creative ways their team would get involved in STEPtember 2024

• Each participant may submit only one entry.

4.       Winner Selection: A maximum of two (2) winners willbe selected based on the most fun and creative responses. The judging panel will consist of representatives from Kindred Group, who acting with completediscretion, will evaluate all eligible entries and select the winner(s) within 7days after the end of the Entry Period.

5.       Prizes: Each winner will receive one (1) x $250gift voucher from Lululemon.The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $500.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.

6.       Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified viaemail within 2 days after the winner selection date. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the first attempt to contact them, or ifthey fail to comply with these terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7.       Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners agree toallow Kindred Group to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotionalpurposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8.       General Conditions: Kindred Group reserves the right to disqualify any participant who contravenes these terms and conditions or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Kindred Group also reservest he right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition.

9.       Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless Kindred Group, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Competition or receipt or use of any prize.

10.  Governing Law: The Competition and these terms andconditions will be governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to itsconflict of laws principles.

11.  Privacy:Information submitted with an entry will be treated in accordance with KindredGroup's Privacy Policy.

12.  Winner List:To request a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Kindred Group, 6 White St, Lilyfield, NSW, 2040 within 10 days after the end of the Entry Period.
